http://www.smallbusiness.yahoo.com  I've been using this service for 14 years. The tools are pretty easy to use, but it costs at least 15 dollars / month. Wait until they have a good deal, but the earlier the better, because prices keep going up. Once you have a plan, the fee is flat. Content is basically unlimited, and they provide a non-HTML editor that doesn't require any coding abilities. Just use of menus, and some artistic ability.

GOOGLE RANK TOOL

Useful for discovering the popularity of any given webpage:

KEY ADVICE

Web searches are content-oriented and also popularity oriented, two themes which are sometimes at odds. The compromise is that many searches become product or commercially-oriented, but there's no access to this for the little guy. So, either you need to attract attention, or you need something that actually attracts attention BY ITSELF. And, unfortunately, there are not a lot of ways to publish links to your site, which is approximately the only way to get more attention. So, you want to make use of free services, and also have one or more paid services. If you have some money to spare, you can start more than one website with decent content, and link them one to the other, using any available free sites to promote the material found on your primary pages. After 11 years, I have one site ranked level 3 / 10 (this currently means that I sometimes get 100 views in a day from other visitors), and formerly had a site ranked 4 that I no longer owned. Competition is fierce. It would help to own a lot more high-profile looking sites, but that often costs money. Some academic pages don't accept links for commercial sites, and some searches are now only commercial-oriented, so it's pretty difficult to make progress. But quantity helps a lot. Word-of-mouth is sometimes a defining factor for longevity, when nothing is moving.

Secret Principles is re-printed from my articles at Ezinearticles.Com. Basic Platonism is my attempt to summarize many of the experiences of the hypothetical philosopher-student-cave-explorer, as I say (hypothetically) a journey way beyond the moonlight.

I got an e-mail

from a hobbyist, asking for input about a design.

While I am not allowed to re-post the materials sent to me, I can state that the design was lacking somewhat in potential.

For those that are interested in designing perpetual motion, I give the standard advice:

(1) Combine multiple principles

(2) Then try to sustain unity

That's it. It's hard to do. I haven't built a working device yet, but I have excellent designs. Some people feel they need to 'do the magnet thing' and get caught up in inputting electricity. I'm afraid that's a trap, a false door, that doesn't go anywhere. You need the right design, then you need a way to build it. It's hard to do. But the best advice for simple perpetual motion is above, and the complex machines are not any simpler to build, and don't necessarily take any shortcuts.

I also direct you to my so-called SMOT-without-magnets design, at: http://hypercubics.blogspot.com/2013/11/how-to-build-over-unity-device.html . This is a genuine over-unity apparatus I have built (see the video at http://www.academicroom.com/video/evidence-against-classical-model ), which can be modified and multiplied to create a real simple perpetual motion machine. The major details are that it requires lightweight parts, add weight on the counterweight until the marble moves without jumping off the track, add single zig-zags to the lever to create perpetual motion, and a slight upwards 'step' in each lever may be required (without a step in the supporting track) before the beginning of each modular unit.

I sent an article

to a gentleman named Sreejith, who runs a "Episteme Puzzles" blog.

He requested that I write a new article on metaphysics. So that is what I have done.

No word yet on whether it's accepted.
