Steering a course for longevity

Dr. Gary Gesmonde, professor at SCSU gave this advice which proved amazing on the subject of immortality herbs and medications:

"Mind, Body, and Spirit --- that is the secret!".

In other words, avoid additives. Have good ideas. Avoid stress.

Following this advice, I came across:

Jiaogulan (in dry tea form): tumor inhibitor.
beneficial effects for the cardiovascular system.
improves "good" cholesterol, and reduces "bad".
may reduce glucose levels.
I have seen it for sale on Etsy for as low as about $12.

And, as a coincidental benefit, relieving tumors may be what you have to worry about if you have already taken Telo-Rx, which was the pill I was previously recommending (with caution).

Telo-Rx may be speed, and Jule of the Orient, which is a beverage tauting the benefits of Jiaogulan may be speed, but I believe the original powdered herb form of Jiaogulan is not speed.

So, perhaps this is something interesting.

Anyway, the important thing is that I did NOT spend $50 or $60 on "Jule of the Orient".

Amachazuru, a sweet component of the Jiaogulan plant, also sounds like ambergris.

Immortality and Calculus

How to pursue immortality according to the Calculus?

"Have a reason to be happy, and don't make mistakes."

Critique: 1. Wouldn't stroke be possible stressing out from making good choices? 2. How reasonable is it to know what is reasonable? Is calculus sufficient? 3. Is the world perfect enough to assure happiness? 4. Basically, summarizing the previous three, money, divinity, and some special attitude adjustment might be important.

Critique 2: 1. Metabolic immortality may not be impossible. A mixture of patient prediction and correct diet goes far. For example, not drinking coffee might avoid gallstones. Processing waste chemicals by concentrating them in the piss may be helpful. 2. Reason-to-be-happy may be self-fulfilling, like an-apple-a-day. 3. Avoiding alcohol and fatty foods may prevent fatty blood buildup in the brain that could cause stroke.

The original statement was based on 'centenarians don't tend to slip in the shower' and 'I can gain happiness by not scrubbing my head.'

A second statement based on 'pick a peach' and 'practice metabolic metaphysics' is: "Suck the juice out of life. Make it important."

Tips for Longevity and Happiness

The following was a result of an imaginary conversation with the world's oldest-living person, who is now 145! (His real-life advice is "the only recipe is patience"...)

1. It might be important to force the cure, if the timing is good.

2. Even saying hello might be a ritual.

3. Ritualized time can be a mental modality for improved immortality!

4. Return to the moments where you were most alive!

PROGRESSIVE VIEW OF METAPHYSICAL DISEASES

A kind of pyramid is possible, in which the second and third disease cannot be had without curing the first, and the 4th, 5th, and 6th cannot be had without meta-curing the 2nd and 3rd, and so on, in successive levels, each including one additional component. The iteration of the method of altering previous levels suggests that by terms of the current reality, the path is somewhat infinite. Yet, with dimensional potential, the path my be gained more quickly, and the lessons learned.

1. Death.
2. Immortality.
3. Genius.

4. Art.
5. Transformation.
6. Mystery.

The first level (1) is the level of struggle to understand pleasure and pain and find higher purpose. The second level (2 and 3) is about disillusionment and self-directed purpose. The goal of the second level is not to despair, and not to fall for temptations. The third level (4, 5, and 6) involves the fifth dimension, and so it is hard to interpret. What may be seen in the third level is a paradigmatic path of reality, with greater certainty and enjoyment of various wonders and superficial, mysterious, or amusing obstacles.

IMMORTAL STAGES

My readers may have noticed that I removed the link to a Telomerase supplement on the left-hand side of the screen, because the one pill I took was probably not a good substance. It kept me awake for about two months, and most of the effects were not oriented towards health, as I had hoped. Nonetheless, I continue to be interested in immortality as an intellectual discipline which may not require medications.

THE DIMENSIONAL STAGE OF PROGRESSIONS

1. Sensation.
2. Epicureanism.
3. Carrot-and-stick.
4. Ethics.

5. Figurativism.
6. Rational formalism.
7. Semantic formalism.
8. Absurd formalism.

9. The aesthetic sublime.
10. Existentialism.
11. Metaphysical semantics.
12. Sublime functionalism.

13. Pan-equity.
14. Meaningful constructs.
15. Ideal formalism.
16. Transcendent entics.

THE IMMORTAL STAGE OF PROGRESSIONS

1. Basic Desire.
2. Imaginative Sleep.
3. Bon Enlightenment.
4. Good Societe.

5. High Art.
6. Wise Principle.
7. Synergistic Doctrine.
8. Philosophical Systeme.

9. Overcoming Hubris.
10. Good Counsel.
11. Divine Company.
12. Ultimate Meaning.

13. Modus Existenz.
14. Telaletheism.
15. Survival of Ideas.
16. God of History

Note: Telaletheism is a term I believe I invented to refer to the torpor and boredom (?), but nonetheless functional attitude of the immortal life.

The Dimensional Immortality Toolkit

Scheduled for early release in the next 2 - 3 years.

BOOK DESCRIPTION

An aspiring immortal since the age of 9, Nathan Coppedge recognized from the first that the true immortal must possess an exceptional principle. Gathering a wisdom he attributed to a lost immortal youth, he assembled the fragments of a new and profound body of knowledge. Partly concerned with losing the age we all automatically possess, and partly concerned with a form of instant reset called literary ambergris, Nathan also assembled fragments of knowledge from previous existences, lives in which he had also been pursuing the immortal quest. Nathan’s philosophy reflects the fundamental thesis that ‘life evolves with us’ --- and immortality thus requires remaining ahead of the curve. This text, framed as an encyclopedia, provides a wealth of lore and principles aimed at the quest of achieving immortality. Herbal, mythological, metaphysical, and practical, this text illuminates with its encyclopedic, hopeful outlook on the immortal quest.

About 14 Short Spiritual Writings by Nathan Coppedge

Are now available in video form on Youtube:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxqfjLl4XS4&index=2&list=PLcttXCrYoAgNLf93XZb2V8ykPcQirG45W

I would describe myself as having my own unique brand of Urban Zen / Animist / Buddhist / Philosophical beliefs, which are best described as 'dimensional' in my definition.

The entire series will eventually be published as a book, including the longer, missing segments.

Continuing Pursuit of Longevity Secrets

The following, inspired by Ming the Clam (who lived to 507) are listed as 'efficiency factors' in the (eventually) forthcoming Dimensional Immortality Toolkit, scheduled to be released in 2028 or earlier.

 (1) Intelligence.
(2) Wisdom.
(3) Nutrition
(4) Ethical conduct
(5) Endurance
(6) Ecology
(7) Evolution

Thus, a conservative strategy might be to (1) Evolve, (2) Practice Ecology, (3) Have Endurance, (4) Conduct Oneself Ethically, (5) Find Nutrition, (6) Have Wisdom, and (7) Be Intelligent.

My earlier articles on the subject can be found at: http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Nathan_L_Coppedge

Little blurb

Aging is called senescence, and factors such as reduced calorie intake and modification of genes have led some animals to live 30% - 900% as long.

See article on theories of aging at wikipedia: WIKI ON AGING.

And Telomerase (now links to a page for purchasing telomerase for only $40 / bottle. It is unclear whether it includes any genetically modified products): TELOMERASE.
