I have now revised my assessment and decided it does work to rank mechanical systems but only if used very parsimoniously.
PROOF:
This assumes that verbs is the number of set categories. In most cases it should be compatible with the Verbs formula.
It was found 2 dimensions ^ 2 results = 4, luckily verbs for the quadratic knowledge is calculated to be 4, subtracting one and then subtracting the second half we get OU for TOE’s of 1, which means 1 degree of absolute knowledge.
Calculating for science we get (3 dimensions ^ 1 result) - (0 + 5 - 1) , equals a value of - 1, which corresponds with incoherent knowledge.
Since the formula is accurate for the major categories of knowledge, this shows a high degree of accuracy overall.
RECENT NOTES:

However, the TOE has been shown to express accurate results on any topic including math, turtles, invisibility, etc so it is quite possible the widest available measure of alternate fully substantiated entities. Remaining possibilities are likely to result only from combinations or alternate TOE's, and the TOE used is thought to be the best and only true TOE ever proposed. Alternate more exhaustive measures would use 25 factorial, but for the moment such results appear unhelpful. The maximum values given are designed to be an instructive ultimate minimum providing fundamental evidence for all possible maximum values with sufficient calculation, and are therefore instructive and fundamental.
Although because of the absolute nature of this calculating rubric the values are likely in reality to be much higher, and so, the ^25 values involving whole dimensions are to be taken as absolute minimum values, potentially expressing a non-exponential group of genera analogous to expressing the soul as number 11, and anything higher as something more significant, at least to someone, and always for good reason taken broadly, yet even in knowledge, with high qualification.
