The evil eye is a strange phenomenon, but I believe in it now.
Once, I was in college, walking through the hallway, and the lights went out.
Then I saw one particular woman who had glowing red eyes.
It may have been caused by the emergency lights in the hallway, but it was still really spooky.
I wondered why other people didn’t have glowing eyes too? Maybe it was that she was the only one looking at me. I started to think that she was a witch.
Nothing else really happened at that exact time, but anyway, life got unlucky after that. I got in trouble with the police, and had more problems with my mental illness.
So, as a result I believe in the evil eye.
Eating pepper is said to cure it, according to folk traditions. And after I have started eating pepper on my food, I have had no trouble with the evil eye.

It’s unknown, but Cornelis Drebbel was one of the first lens-grinders.
Microscopes were probably considered occult implements until around the time of Robert Hooke.
The early varieties were like fortune-seeking, like ‘can you see your third eye’, and so on.

THE THIRD EYE
Intro:
The Third Eye is basically a stage that you can return to periodically. You will not necessarily make a lot of progress at the same time. A witch once described it as ‘more of a physical discovery’.
I would recommend reading and analyzing this writing, which will help you feel your third eye:
(—Intro )
Level 1
I have ‘physically’ experienced this several times, and associate it with spiritual growth, in particular psychic powers.
However, I would not say my experiences were generally very extreme. Sort of like an elevated state of mental growth.
It is a good place to be, but it is not the same as what most people think they mean by an enlightened state. It does not mean samadhi or nirvana.
It is possible I did have some perceptions of a spirit world after that, but I experience irrational hallucinations anyway, so detecting a very mild spirit world (occasionally, not even very often) does seem psychic to me, but might also be attributed to the brain problems I have.
My understanding is people have to go to great lengths, doing very exceptional things if they want to see something truly metaphysically remarkable. I have time-traveled, and seen the mists of time once, and maybe even cast lightning once using a charged poem, but I have rarely visibly ‘seen’ anything remarkable about metaphysics. Most of it is very subtle, and not all of it relates to the development of the third eye.
Level 2
One often has a spiritual awakening in the area of the heart where your energy has penetrated past the solar plexus, your perception breaks through ego perception and you experience everything as one consciousness. —KM

Level 3:
Rising your Kundalini energy through your spine, all the way around the head to meet the point between the eyebrows, does.—BN

Level 4
Any thought concerning infinity applied upon infinity, beginning with how points of sight are from infinity. This should grow the Third Eye into a knob.

INSTRUCTIONS ON CULTURING THE 3RD EYE
This may sound a bit odd, but pre-frontal brain development may feel a bit like a third eye. I heard this from a female high school teacher once.
Don’t feel jealous, everyone can develop the third eye. It’s basically a third eye feeling. If you can feel your third eye develop, it’s like you have prefrontal brain development. Don’t shrink away, just think about it occasionally and it may help you become more rational. Just thinking about this I can feel my prefrontal brain shrinking away, but that’s not the point, at other times anyone might have a third eye, it’s just this quantum thing about discussing third eyes that makes third eyes shrink.
By the way, I’m not assuming it’s 100% psychic, maybe it helps a bit for that, but really it can be unique even if it feels ‘blind’ or even ‘uninteresting’. Almost all 3rd eyes are kind of average, but they can still develop quite a lot, and it can help one to stay rational.
Some have said the 3rd eye is the key to fulfillment.
Compared to normal thinking you may find surprisingly it’s not so bad and it may also be about 2 - 3X easier to function with a 3rd eye.
