Some of his work is convincing, whereas other of it simply misses the facts.
For example, he dismisses 'unbalanced wheels' while adopting a design he thinks is unbalanced that is very similar to a design widely disproven by experiment.
In my own principles the Bhaskara vertical wheel type designs don't work because of a dual-directional problem with the rising and falling weights, what has conventionally simply been called 'symmetry'.
