Doctrines of Asceticureanism

BOOK DESCRIPTION

A religious movement based on the concept of opposition to pain and pursuit of the meaningful life. This text collects numerous short-length writings related to the first spiritual movement devoted to aesthetic meaning. These doctrines describe the nature of knowledge, evolution, philosophy, and its unique ethos all from the vantage point of its founder, Nathan Coppedge.

THE 4 SPIRITUAL LEVELS

1. What one understands is that things appear as they appear. You can add depth. Concretism.

2. It can be spiritually transcendent for things not to appear as they appear. The insight of functional chemistry.

3. What appears within the illusion may be more real, and one can negotiate with it. The 'level of devils.'

4. Reality itself is obscure, and functionality is common. The land of abversion. The land of gods.

LATEST WRITING ON ASCETICUREANISM

"To those that say that something isn’t the city of God, even when it looks like the city of God, even if it is one of my artworks, then I say:

What is to keep a small thing from being adequate?

(Nothing, I say, nothing!)..."
