Not-If-But-When Machine Iteration 2: For anyone's records
The Not-If-But-When Machine Iteration 2 is designed to minimize the number of modules while making construction of a perpetual motion machine relatively easy. I welcome designers and proof theorists to establish more evidence for this design in the future!
