This comes from personal experience.
Someone I knew had arranged to install the Hojo Motor.
When the guy came to install it, the person who hired him said:
"I know what you're doing with the electric lines is illegal, because you're taking too long".
The guy was like:
"So, do you want me to install it?"
Everyone got angry, but that was the end of it.
He said no. Because it was obviously illegally tapping the electric lines.
