A Miniature Treatise on Experimental Metaphysics

Experimental, Descriptive, Metaphysical Typology

Perhaps this shows the evolution of the cosmos. Philosophers seem to be the only ones to grasp beyond the first level. At least, I worry about most other people---if they don't express it in writing, they might not grasp it, goes the theory. Or they might consider it unthinkable.

Trivial world:
1. Relevant question: Do I exist?
2. Relevant answer: Yes, I’m physical, and
perhaps as a result of this, spiritual too.
3. What is reality: The universe and its interpretation.
4. What is an advanced theory? Mathematics, or
practical wisdom.

[insert end of the world here (but save Nathan and his friends)]

Realistic world:
1. Relevant question: What would reality mean?
2. Relevant answer: Appearance or authenticity.
3. What is reality: The sum of all senses, illusions,
truths, and problems.
4. What is an advanced theory? Whatever qualifies
advancement under the current condition
of reality.

Dimensional world:
1. Relevant question: What generates senses, illusions,
truths, and problems?
2. Relevant answer: Evocation, intelligence, history,
and development.
3. What is reality: Entities with qualities, systems, and
dynamics.
4. What is an advanced theory?: Whatever serves an
advanced paradigm.

Ideal world:
1. Relevant question: What is functionality and truth?
2. Relevant answer: Truth is the origin. Functionality is
perfection.
3. What is reality: Metaphysics.
4. What is an advanced theory? A construction.
