Someone cites "Nathan Coppedge’s centralization or institutionalization" on a forum where I have participated actively.

Now I'm wondering if there's any chance I wrote the comment myself. But it seems unlikely, given the style. Kind of unlikely, but not impossible. Maybe the facts are wrong about India.
