Immortal Body, Immortal Mind Part 1: Health Tips Interpreted from the World's Healthiest People

1. Allow yourself to be yourself with added conditionalities.
Conditionalities like 'no smoking', 'no drinking' and 'I feel happy'.
This will improve digestion, heart health, and mood.
Have principle where possible. Even try to be tough.

2. Moderate exercise, and avoid artificial foods that taste odd with sugar in them.
This will improve longevity and prevent diabetes. Avoid sugar if you can't taste it, and avoid sugar when you have chest pain. Stay active with your mind or body or both. The only thing that can justify a lot of sleep is mental activity or the desire to recover from an illness (mental, physical, or spiritual).

3. Think about your body.
This helps prevent complications like cancer and heartburn.
It may also help to give your body natural attention without introducing bizarre chemicals.
The fewer chemical interactions, the better, unless you are feeling uninspired or stuck. (A small amount of shampoo often necessary to avoid skin conditions. And medication may be necessary with a serious illness).

4. Avoid harming your body.
Think of your body as the perfect information repository.
There is no reason to hate your body unless you hate your life.

5. Digest your problems.
If you do not confront your actual issues, health will become worse.
Don't panic, but don't feed the fire.

THE SOLUTIONS: PRACTICAL, HUMANITY, PHILOSOPHY, AND SCIENCE GUIDES

PRACTICAL GUIDE ---
How To Commit Suicide?:
Don't. Because it's painful. Period.

How To Trick Someone?:
Don't. It leads down the wrong path.
Besides, it's always a better trick if they don't feel fooled.
Real tricksters are professionals, because professionals earn money.
But to earn money, you can't fool everyone.
Homeless woman who was a pickpocket only improved when she accepted public services. How ironic!

How To Have Pleasure?:
Recovery, stimulation, moderation in that order.
People who don't know these things often lack pleasure.
And, sometimes it's necessary to select a different kind of pleasure.

How To Be Wise?:
Don't follow. Know what is right.

How To Start a Business?:
Produce what is in demand to fit the available market.
If the market changes, change your product or sway the consumer.
Other rules you can break.

How To Make Love?:
Fall in love, or simply love humanity.

How To Be Practical?:
Ask questions you can answer.
Focus on the 'now' and make plans that are achievable.

HUMANITY GUIDE ---

Many of humanity's problems are from not being able to argue, or not having adequate experiences.

Some of these problems are practical, philosophical, or scientific, whereas some are purely humane.

Rhetoric Against War?:
War assumes those worth defending with weapons are weak-minded enough to carry weapons themselves.
War is wrong, except for automatons, and it is right to the extent that it doesn't really exist.

Value of Words?:
Words are an approximation.
Those who don't use words can't make a genuine argument without making war or asserting authority.
But we know war is wrong, and we know that authority should be used for the right purpose.

Pursuit of Meaning?:
Some meanings are practical, philosphical, or scientific, but others concern humanity.
Meaning should be nurtured so that life is not hollow of purpose.

Argument Against Time / Death?:
Death compromises education.
Death is wrong.

PHILOSOPHY GUIDE ---

What Is Wisdom?:
Safe answer: It is practical, and deals with humanity.
Otherwise, it is scientific, or else it involves spiritual self-absorption.

What Is Ideal?:
Beauty you do not desire.
Knowledge that is perfect and complex.
Abstract answers.
Things that withold their secrets.

What Is Knowledge?:
Sentences formed of opposites in which the opposites are opposed on the diagonal, AB:CD and AD:CB.

What Is A Solution To All Paradoxes?:
The opposite of every word in the best definition of the problem in the same order as the original words.

What Limits Knowledge?:
What limits knowledge is quantity and uncomprehensibility.
Dimension is the exponent of all knowledge.

SCIENCE GUIDE ---

What Is Nature?:
Nature is development.

What Is The Goal of Civilization?:
The goal of civilization is to have a property for development.

What Limits Science?:
What limits science in the big picture is objectivity.
What limits science in the small picture is language.
These are true while it isn't philosophy.

What Is Matter?:
Matter is the picture of development.

What Is Energy?:
Energy is the explanation for matter.

What Is The Picture?:
Probability, and any logic available.

What Is Probability?:
A relationship.

What Is Logic?:
Theoretical math. Property.

Tips and Tricks of the Web

ENTRY-LEVEL BLOG SITES

         http://www.blogger.com
         http://www.wordpress.com
         http://www.tripod.com

Many web developers recommend that someone use a blog as the 'anchor' page for primary websites.

WEBSITE BUILDING SERVICES

http://www.sites.google.com is a formerly free website publishing tool. From what I can tell it only allows simple appearances though, which is a downside.
http://www.smallbusiness.yahoo.com  I've been using this service for 14 years. The tools are pretty easy to use, but it costs at least 15 dollars / month. Wait until they have a good deal, but the earlier the better, because prices keep going up. Once you have a plan, the fee is flat. Content is basically unlimited, and they provide a non-HTML editor that doesn't require any coding abilities. Just use of menus, and some artistic ability.

GOOGLE RANK TOOL

Useful for discovering the popularity of any given webpage:

It is found on the Google Toolbar HERE.

I have found that some review-type sites are ranked zero (which is bad).

USEFUL HTML CODES

When you have a website, you can add 'like' buttons and other features to your website, found at the following addresses:

Like button: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button/
Tweet button: https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons
Google+ button: https://developers.google.com/+/web/+1button/

SOCIAL MEDIA

Sites such as http://www.facebook.com

and http://www.twitter.com

can be used to find more exposure for your blog or other resources.

Some colleges have their own built-in services that are only available to students.

In addition, there are some academic social media sites where you can post essays, videos, and attract interest from academic viewers:

http://www.academicroom.com
http://www.academia.edu

I am avoiding them, but there are also online courses available through MOOCs, which are collaborative environments focused on learning.

There are also other sites which I like better, that are more about contributing ideas and brainstorming (However, these sites do not always feature a comment function, unfortunately):

http://www.answers.yahoo.com  help people answer questions. I'm close to level 6.
http://www.project-syndicate.org   high level idea forum
http://www.explore-ideas.com  this guy claims it gets 1,000,000 views / day.
http://www.creativitypool.com

KEY ADVICE

Web searches are content-oriented and also popularity oriented, two themes which are sometimes at odds. The compromise is that many searches become product or commercially-oriented, but there's no access to this for the little guy. So, either you need to attract attention, or you need something that actually attracts attention BY ITSELF. And, unfortunately, there are not a lot of ways to publish links to your site, which is approximately the only way to get more attention. So, you want to make use of free services, and also have one or more paid services. If you have some money to spare, you can start more than one website with decent content, and link them one to the other, using any available free sites to promote the material found on your primary pages. After 11 years, I have one site ranked level 3 / 10 (this currently means that I sometimes get 100 views in a day from other visitors), and formerly had a site ranked 4 that I no longer owned. Competition is fierce. It would help to own a lot more high-profile looking sites, but that often costs money. Some academic pages don't accept links for commercial sites, and some searches are now only commercial-oriented, so it's pretty difficult to make progress. But quantity helps a lot. Word-of-mouth is sometimes a defining factor for longevity, when nothing is moving.
